We have started attending a Classical Conversations Community that is fairly new to our area. Classical Conversations is a homeschool resource that features Christian classical homeschool materials and also organizes groups that get together at take classes as well. My son is involved in Challenge A, a junior-high level program that meets once a week and my daughter will soon begin her elementary level class once a week soon. I will be the tutor (teacher) for her class.
The program is especially known for it's fun songs, hand-motions and games that help even the youngest child memorize large amounts of information, especially in history in which they memorize a timeline of world events.
