Re-0rganizing Our Homeschool

It is that time of year (again).  We are re-configuring working/learning/playing places according to our family's ever-changing needs.  I put a larger table in our kitchen because although we do not eat meals in normally, the kids like to snack or work on a project while I am working in the kitchen.

We bought the desk down from our son's room because we all realize that he just does not like to be isolated and alone reading or working on projects in general.  It seems that in the winter, we spend more time huddling together indoors so it makes sense to consolidate many of our activities to the heart of our home.  We are all excited to be adding some new learning tools and opportunities to our schedule this winter/spring.

Of course, one of the major issues is getting rid of items around our house to make room for more project working and pursuit of new interests.  I can see that I will be busy listing books on HomeschoolClassifieds.com!
